Business start ups…

Posted by / May 16, 2014 -

are often really challenging. On paper your plan looks good but moving the business off the paper and into reality is difficult for all of us.  Making an instant impact and being an overnight success is rare and if it happens then you may say its lucky.  Being lucky is not a strategy.

The result of effort, tenacity and smart practices is that you will be good and improve “in the long run”.

People who are good in the long run have often failed allot, especially at the start. So when you fail at the beginning it is worth remembering that this is the deal and is a price you pay for being good in the long run. If you don’t fail then you can’t take the learning and inevitable disappointment with you and use it to drive forwards to success.

You might call it learning the hard way, I think of it as learning to succeed (in the long run).
